This policy applies to visitors to the Tandem website and people who request access to the Tandem private beta. Tandem is the controller of the personal information described here.
Information we collect
- Waitlist details: your work email, company name and company size.
- Consent preference: whether you have allowed optional analytics cookies.
- Technical information: limited request and security logs produced by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and request time.
How and why we use it
We use waitlist details to manage early access, understand the types of teams interested in Tandem, and contact you about the private beta. We use limited technical data to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website.
Our legal bases are your request and consent when you join the waitlist, and our legitimate interests in providing and securing the site. You can withdraw from beta communications at any time.
Service providers and transfers
Vercel and Cloudflare provide website hosting and storage infrastructure. Resend may process waitlist notification emails when that service is enabled. These providers process information on our instructions and may process it outside your country under their applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep waitlist information while the private beta is being planned and operated, or until you ask us to remove it. Hosting and security logs follow the retention periods set by our infrastructure provider. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your information, to withdraw consent, or to receive a portable copy. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Contact and requests
To make a privacy request, reply to a Tandem message you have received or contact us through the same channel you used to join the private beta. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
